hey i was wondering if there was a place to share lmms exe's that people

This is an interesting question. We generally supply our own EXEs to the
community. What exactly do you mean?

Putting webguy on copy as he may not be subscribed to the devel list (I had
accidentally put the wrong list back on copy).

It's actually mandatory. If you make changes to the software, and
distribute that changed software to anyone - even just one person - then
you are legally obligated to provide the source code with all the changes
you've made - otherwise, you're breaking the GPL license.
If you only make changes for your own personal use, then you're not
obligated to share the source code, but if you distribute, you must share
it.
